Throughout the year, our students explored the foundations of art through color, line, texture, and a variety of creative media. Inspired by renowned artists and their own imaginations, they created unique works that reflect both artistic growth and personal expression. This collection celebrates the creativity, curiosity, and confidence our students have developed through the artistic process.

This year’s Canvas of Dreams student logo contest invited young artists to creatively interpret our theme, “Guided by Light.” Through thoughtful designs featuring suns, candles, lighthouses, and other symbols of hope and direction, our finalists beautifully captured the spirit of guidance, faith, and possibility that defines the NativityMiguel experience. Their artwork reflects the light that shines within our students and the community that helps lead them toward bright futures.

As NativityMiguel School of Scranton celebrates its 10th anniversary, our students have created a special collection of artwork inspired by hope, growth, faith, and the transformative power of education. Each piece reflects the unique voice and creativity of our young artists while honoring a decade of opportunity, community, and dreams made possible through the support of those who believe in our mission. Together, these works serve as a vibrant tribute to the past 10 years and a bright vision for the future ahead.

Created as part of our “Love to Learn” Valentine’s Day celebration, these student-designed hearts are filled with creativity, joy, and the many things our students cherish about learning and community. Each heart reflects the spirit of NativityMiguel School of Scranton — a place where curiosity is encouraged, talents are nurtured, and every student is reminded they are deeply valued and loved.

Just as sunflowers turn toward the light, our students continue to grow through learning, faith, and community support.
